Mrs. Ho Seanghuoy, MS, BS, Gold Medal ( Japan, USA).
FiSh has very highly professional experienced CEO/trainers ( Mr. Kim Mengthai) who are licensed in Food Protection from NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and a member of International Association for Food Protection (IAFP), a Master Degree (Master of Science) in Integrated Agricultural Management and Rural Development from Royal University of Agriculture, and Bachelor Degree of Science in Bio-Chemistry from Royal University of Phnom Penh with more than 10 years of experience in Food quality and public health research in USA and Japan.

Our other trainer ( Mrs. Ho Seanghuoy) has a Master Degree (Master of Science) in Medical- microbiology from USA with more than 5 years of experience working in high standard laboratory in USA and Japan.
